As the Owner's Representative I have worked with Mr. Visintin on a highly complex custom residence in Hawaii. As the Superintendent, Mr. Visintin has always shown the highest level of professionalism and ethics in both his personal demeanor and in overseeing the execution of project task activities. He is extremely proficient in using a number of construction management software applications. He is also very knowledgeable of both design and building codes and possesses an innate ability of knowing when to solicit the input of design and engineering professionals and regulatory agencies.
